Subscribe to News from ITCS

Subscribe to News from ITCS to receive periodic (about once a month) e-mail messages summarizing the latest computing and other information technology news from U-M's Information Technology Central Services. (See sample issues.)

Links to complete news items are listed on the ITCS home page under "News From ITCS." For older news items, see the News Archive.

How to Subscribe

There are two ways to subscribe. Do whichever is easiest for you.

  • Send an e-mail message to NewsfromITCS-request@umich.edu with the word SUBSCRIBE as the subject of your message.

    OR

  • Go to the web subscription page. From there, do the following,

    1. Click the Join newsfromitcs button.
    2. Fill in your e-mail address and name in the appropriate fields. (Leave the other fields as they are.)
    3. Click the Save button.

How to Unsubscribe

There are two ways to unsubscribe. Do whichever is easiest for you.

  • Send an e-mail message to NewsfromITCS-request@umich.edu with the word UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject of your message.

    OR

  • Go to the web subscription page. From there, do the following,

    1. Enter your e-mail address in the Your email address field. Leave the Your password field blank.
    2. Click the Click here to enter newsfromitcs button.
    3. Click the Leave (unsubscribe) button.
    4. You'll be asked, "Are you sure you want to permanently leave?" Click the Leave button.
