This telephone help line is staffed by consultants who can answer a wide variety of Basic Computing Package questions. They can also direct you to additional information about the Campus Computing Sites, computing workshops, documentation, and computer sales. Occasionally, your question may be referred to an expert consultant if the staff at 764-HELP can't answer it. See the 764-HELP page for hours of operation and what to know before calling. When you call 4-HELP, you will first be greeted by a recording that informs you of any current system outages, such as malfunctioning dial-in or e-mail servers. After listening to the message you may choose from one of seven options.
