How do I always accept and receive mail from certain addresses (i.e., white list it)?

You can make sure that mail from certain addresses always gets into your INBOX and never gets caught by SpamBox by putting those addresses on your Accept List. The Accept List is basically a mail filter that ensures mail from addresses you specify always reaches you.

You can use your Accept List over the web with an online application that lets you set your own server-side filters. Server-side filters work on the server, when your mail is delivered to you (as opposed to client-side filters inside your e-mail program that work when you access your mail, after it has already been delivered.)

For details, see the Using Your Accept List section of Using Server-Side Filters to Manage/Organize Your E-Mail (Including Accept and Block Lists) (S4325).
