My question about printing at U-M isn't in this list. Who can I ask for help?
The Information Technology Central Services (ITCS) consultants can answer your questions about printing in the Campus Computing Sites. Contact them by sending e-mail to online.consulting@umich.edu or phoning (734) 764-HELP, Option 2.
If you need help with a printer at a staffed Campus Computing Site, you can ask one of the consultants there. If the Site is not staffed, you can phone 64-SITES for help.
If you have questions about using your own printer, consult the documentation that came with it, check the manufacturer's Web site, or contact the manufacturer directly.
For help with questions about your account, including your allocation for printing in the Campus Computing Sites, contact the ITCS Accounts Office by sending e-mail to itcs.accounts.office@umich.edu or phoning (734) 764-8000, Option 3.
